- Rockwood
Located just south of downtown Spokane, Rockwood is one of the city’s oldest neighborhoods. It’s known for its elegant houses and towering trees, as well as its abundance of nature trails, wineries, and parks. The quality of life in Rockwood is high, with residents describing the neighborhood as clean, well-maintained, friendly, and community-oriented. Rockwood is also conveniently located near downtown Spokane and has access to bus routes and a major bicycle route. - Indian Trail
The North Indian Trail neighborhood is located in the northwest corner of Spokane, and its name comes from the Indian Trail Road that runs through the area.
